Does this sound too good to be true?  Well, it’s not.  If you can meet the criteria below, your company can qualify for this cost savings program through WVMA.

  • Report claims within 48 hours of a loss
  • Achieve and maintain a loss ratio of 65% or less
  • Implement a formal Return to Work Program
  • Attend at least one safety seminar per year that applies to operational hazards or complete one on-line course through Safety Source
  • Implement Encova's Five Step Loss Control Program and
  • Be a member of the West Virginia Manufacturers Association

That is all there is to the program.  You continue to make your payments to Encova and continue to use the agent of your choice--pretty simple.

Your membership in WVMA is required to qualify for the program.  If you are not currently a member, but would like to consider membership, please call me at 304-342-2123 or email rebecca@wvma.com so that we may correctly calculate your dues.  We believe that most employers will find they will save money, even after the cost of membership, by participating in the program.  Additionally, you will have membership in the one organization representing the interests of manufacturers in the state and be eligible to participate in other cost saving programs, such as Aramark Uniforms and United Shippers.
