Lucinda Curry has more than 30 years of experience in workforce development, enrollment management, and customized training.  She has been with the Robert C. Byrd Institute at Marshall University for the last 10 years as the Director of Workforce Development, leading the Apprenticeship Works team under a DOL American Apprenticeship Initiative (AAI) grant. Curry holds a master’s degree in non-profit and public agency leadership from Marshall University.

Becky Calwell is a program manager with Apprenticeship Works at RCBI. Before joining RCBI in 2014, she worked as the news editor at the Charleston Daily Mail and as editor of the e-WV: The West Virginia Encyclopedia. Calwell holds a doctorate in education from Marshall University.
