ND Paper is a manufacturer of pulp and paper products with four mills in the United States, including their recycled pulp mill in Fairmont, which employs approximately 100 hourly and salaried workers. ND Paper’s parent company is Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) Limited, based in Dongguan City, China, and one of the largest paper manufacturers in the world.

McPhail said ND Paper is just the latest member of the WVMA to step up and contribute to the fight against COVID-19.
